The client wanted us to produce an interesting way of communicating these values to every member of the team and highlighting areas of improvement to ensure every team performs optimally together.
One of Clifford Chance's core values is understanding that diversity and inclusion are good for staff and their families, the firm and their clients, and society. They approached us looking for an interesting way to help their staff achieved these values and be champions of them within the firm. Together we decided on creating a personality quiz to help educate and ensure all members of the team are pulling their weight to create an inclusive workplace.
The Code of Conduct Champion Quiz is what we created after carefully considering the client's values and needs. In this quick-fire personality quiz users are asked a series of simple questions, from these we are able to determine which of the five possible personas they are most akin to. Once we have this information we present the users with a brief synopsis of their persona, their strengths and identify potential areas for improvement. Users can also check out the other personas and gain a better understanding for others working in their team.
