We always enjoy working with these guys; projects are dynamic and we get to put our creative hats on every time, something game developers like ourselves love to do.
Looking to raise brand awareness and capture user data via social reach, Virgin Money offered up the chance to win a fantastic trip to Lapland to see the famous Northern Lights via a prize draw competition on Facebook. Facebook is a simple but effective tool for generating viral spread as you can utilise their existing online network. So we got to work making the magic happen!
The 'Win a Northern Lights experience' Facebook app successfully launched via the Virgin Money Facebook page. In order to enter the competition, users had to share a picture of themselves in a Virgin airport lounge using the hashtag #Lounges and complete a simple form for data capture. By encouraging the users to share the link to their own Facebook walls, this generated further leads, traffic and social virality. The design of the app was in keeping with the Virgin Money branding and overall this was a brilliant social app we were really proud of!
